This notice explains how Fineprint handles messages, intro call bookings, and use of this website.

Enquiries and intro calls

When you send a message through the site, email us, or book an intro call, we receive the details you provide: your name, email address, company, and what you tell us about the transaction. Messages are delivered to our inbox by Resend and may also notify our internal Slack workspace. Bookings are handled by Google Calendar under Google’s privacy policy. We use this information to respond to you and to prepare for the conversation.

Website analytics and advertising

This site uses PostHog, Google Tag Manager, and the X pixel to understand how people use the site and to measure which campaigns bring them here. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers. We also record basic campaign attribution such as UTM parameters and the referring page. We do not sell personal data.

Engagement information

Information shared during a due diligence engagement, including data room contents, is governed by the engagement agreement and any non-disclosure agreement, not by this notice.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above or to meet applicable obligations. You can ask us to correct or delete what you sent by writing to [email protected].

This notice should be completed with the operating company’s legal name, registered address, and contact details.
